When ahm was ready to reinvent itself from a traditional, regional health fund to a value based innovator we helped reinvent the Customer Experience. To begin, reflecta lead a six week intensive deep-dive program to explore what health insurance could and should look like in the new world. The activity demonstrated the scale of the opportunity ahm had and galvanised the business around a new vision and detailed set of customer interaction stories. Reflecta assisted with product design, website design and build as well as created an arresting outdoor promotional campaign to launch the new brand publicly. ahm is now the fastest growing health fund in the country.
