Reflecta partnered with Coles Online to research and explore how the customer’s shopping experience could be enhanced by the treatment of product specials, free Delivery, product suggestions and themed product categorization such as ‘Meals’. We designed, organised and facilitated a series of one-on-one customer research sessions where we learnt about various customer’s shopping habits and preferences before measuring their responses to a broad range of low fidelity design concepts. The findings and many of the design concepts now inform the current Coles Online Shopping Experience.
